What We Do:
- SolicitiCloud will set up your GSuite account on your behalf. All you need to do is answer a few questions.
- Through this account, all stored data is completely encrypted ensuring your information and your patient’s information is completely protected.
- Your new email can be used for communicating with co-workers, staff, and patients in a secure and HIPAA-compliant way. This email will also be used for communications with your new SolicitiCloud site.
Don’t share any PHI with unauthorized people or accounts (even your own personal account!)
To ensure you are compliant, here are a few tips to keep in mind:
Be careful with who you send PHI to!
Make sure you confirm anyone in the "To:" section is authorized to view any PHI within the email!
Make sure you confirm everyone that is Cc'd or Bcc'd is authorized to view any PHI within the email!
Always be cautious of what you include in the body of emails!
Forwarding and POP/IMAP Settings
You should not have forwarding addresses set up without assistance, even your own personal account.
POP should remain disabled for your account to remain HIPAA-complaint.
IMAP should remain disabled for your account to remain HIPAA-complaint.
