What is your website’s goal? You must tailor the user’s experience toward achieving this goal.
When are they visiting your website? Keep the buyer’s journey in mind and create goals based on the stage you want to reach users at.
Where is your target located? This is especially important for local businesses.
Why would someone want to visit your website? What’s in it for them?
